Perioperative Job Opportunities

Perioperative Nursing covers a range of surgical specialities including Cardiovascular, Thoracic, Neurosurgery, Spinal Surgery, Orthopaedics, Colorectal and Urology. Working in Perioperative Nursing means you’ll be looking after patients using state-of-the-art facilities including a hybrid theatre, three integrated theatres and Intra Operative MRI facilities. Our Endoscopy Suite comprises of two rooms and a fluoroscopy/ERCP room. We’ll provide care to adults undergoing a range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including upper GI Endoscopy (OGD), Lower GI (colonoscopy), Capsule Endoscopy, Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography and Bronchoscopy. The Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, part of the Critical Care and Anaesthesia Institute Unit is made up of 20 individual bays for post-operative care from a range of our surgical specialities from our four institutes. Our unit also cares for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic treatment in our Cardiac Catheter Labs and Interventional Radiology.
