Our first healthcare facility in London will be located in Portland Place and are in the process of converting this into a dedicated and state of the art outpatient facility which will be opening in 2021.
We will be opening up our dedicated Outpatient facility in Portland Place in Autumn and are now recruiting for an Outpatient Clinic Nurse Manager to oversee all of our Outpatient Clinics in London.
The Outpatient Clinic Nurse Manager will support the Director of Acute and Ambulatory Care in delivering key performance targets. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to hire and lead an effective and proactive teams across more than one site..
The Outpatient Clinic Nurse Manager will create a patient-centred environment recognised for its compassion, evidence based practice and superior service
You will be:
-Able to drive the delivery of high quality and innovative nursing practice, consistent with regulatory and professional requirements.
-Capable of acting as a visible credible role model
-Able to manage the recruitment for the facility
-Heavily involved in the development and retention of staff
-Able to ensure the development and adherence to budget
-Responsible for Consultant engagement and the development of new services as the need arises
-Capable of building and maintaining excellent working relationships with other departments to ensure a seamless service for our patients and consultants
-Able to ensure the professional nursing practice and delivery of care is aligned to the Cleveland Clinic London mission and values
-Able to identify opportunities to integrate and innovate care deliver
-Experienced in leading and managing change
-The holder of both a BA in Nursing and a Masters in Nursing or a related subject
NMC registered
