Are you looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen on the In-Patient Unit at GHHC for a Senior Sister Band 7.
Our Inpatient Unit (IPU) provides specialist care for those with specialist palliative and end of life care needs.
The IPU works closely with the teams across the hospice putting the patient at the centre of everything we do.
You will be an experienced band 6 or band 7 who is able to demonstrate excellent management, dynamic leadership skills and continuous quality improvement. Advance communication and passion for high quality specialist palliative care and end of life care is essential. You will be committed to supporting the Director of Patient Services in driving change forward and challenging clinical practice to ensure the highest standards of evidence-based care are delivered.
