We have an exciting and varied opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated registered nurses to join our Hospice at Home/Continuing Healthcare Team and our In-Patient Unit. These posts are permanent positions and there both part time and full time opportunities are available. The Community Service Team and In-Patient Unit are forward looking, friendly and integral parts of the hospice where the patient is at the centre of everything we do. Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse In-Patient Unit Our Inpatient Unit (IPU) provides specialist care for those with specialist palliative and end of life care needs. The IPU works closely with the teams across the hospice putting the patient at the centre of everything we do. We are looking for applicants who have a passion and commitment to providing the highest standards of care to enhance the quality of life of patients and their carers/families. Staff Nurse Community Services Reporting to the Team Lead H@H/CHC, the successful applicant will assist with the day to day running of the H@H/CHC team in the provision of holistic care to patients and families in their homes. The team works closely with the wider multi-disciplinary and community teams and applicants should have previous community experience. Post qualification experience of working in the community and knowledge of palliative care is desirable but not essential. You must be able to drive and have use of your own vehicle. Our staffing team (along with our volunteers) are our greatest asset, and recruiting, developing and retaining them is a high priority for us.
