Staff Nurse, Learning Disabilities, Band 5

We are looking to recruit band 5 Staff Nurses (RNLD or RMN), with experience of working with people with learning disabilities to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate should be able to form effective working relationships with colleagues, possess excellent written, verbal and computer skills, be creative, self-directed, a team player but also strong leader of people. The role requires excellent nursing skills, the ability to be a role model to junior colleagues and a support to the Home Manager and the ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of current initiatives and the ability to put these in practice.
