In this vital role, the post holder will be an autonomous practitioner who can also work effectively as team player. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. You will be committed to the delivery of a high-quality service, working both independently and as part of a well-established, innovative and crisis response and home treatment team in meeting the needs of service users and their carers.
As a Mental Health Practitioner you will make better lives by contributing to the triage, assessment and treatment of people experiencing a mental health crisis and their carers by ensuring that you provide the right services, at the right time with the best outcome
