(E) Being Waves is an album-long virtual reality experience that challenges our ideas about music as a shared experience, placing the audience in a constant dialogue between sound and space. At a time when Covid-19 is pushing many artists to rethink how to approach physical events and reach audiences, Being Waves offers an innovative and engaging new way to experience music together, through a public mesmerising audio responsive environment built in virtual reality, and set to run the entire duration of the upcoming release by Kinkajous.

(FR) Being Waves est une expérience unique associant l’écoute d’un album à la réalité virtuelle, invitant les participants à reconsidérer leur perception de la musique comme expérience partagée, dans un environnement immersif en dialogue permanent entre l’espace et le son.

Dans une période ou la Covid-19 a obligé les artistes à se renouveler et innover pour atteindre leur public, Being Waves offre une approche différente et engageante de vivre à nouveau la musique ensemble, à travers un environnement réactif à l’audio construit en réalité virtuelle autour du prochain album du groupe franco-anglais Kinkajous.
