The Holy City is an immersive virtual reality experience that transports participants to Jerusalem and provides access to the most sacred rituals and the holiest sites of Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. Jerusalem, The Holy City, carries a rich history, an undeniable spirituality, and an indescribable magnetism that can now be experienced in a virtual format. The experience takes place in photoreal volumetric captures of some of the most significant and beautiful sites in Jerusalem, highlighting its architectural beauty, diverse inhabitants, and spiritual history. This experience exists to cultivate understanding by exploring our fundamental similarities.

Synopsis
The Holy City is an immersive virtual reality experience that transports participants to Jerusalem and provides access to the most sacred rituals and the holiest sites of Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. Jerusalem, The Holy City, carries a rich history, an undeniable spirituality, and an indescribable magnetism that can now be experienced in a virtual format. The experience takes place in photoreal volumetric captures of some of the most significant and beautiful sites in Jerusalem, highlighting its architectural beauty, diverse inhabitants, and spiritual history. This experience exists to cultivate understanding by exploring our fundamental similarities. The experience uses Gamification and Interactivity for the purpose of documentary storytelling, guiding the viewer through a maze of stories and sites. The gameplay experience includes an innovative Augmented Reality component, allowing participants other than the viewer in the virtual reality headset, to engage in the experience. For the first time, the holiest sites of Jerusalem have been captured using Photogrammetry, Lidar Scanning, and Volumetric Filming. The locations include: The Western Wall including the underground tunnels, The Holy Sepulchre, St. James Monastery,The Dome of the Rock, and Al-Aqsa Mosque. In The Holy City, extremely intricate Volumetric Captures and 360 Films become a private place of exploration and experience.
