Agile Transformation Lead

The Red Hat Labs and Transformation Services team is looking for an Agile Transformation Lead covering the Latin America (LATAM) region to join us in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will help us ensure that our engagements are not just a technology implementation, but an organizational transformation.You will use a variety of agile and modern application development practices, along with emerging technologies from open source communities. You’ll work together with small teams of consulting engineers and customers to build, test, and iterate innovative application prototypes which will deliver real business value. You’ll also be involved in the wider transformations our customers are going through, serving as the catalyst of these transformations. For this reason, you’ll need to have solid transformation knowledge and feel comfortable talking to C-level executives about how we can support their business goals, running workshops, and putting together strategic proposals that will support these initiatives. As an Agile Transformation Lead, you will support everything from the selling and scoping of Labs residencies and transformational projects to guiding the Delivery team’s implementation of these projects, ensuring customer success. Throughout the life cycle of a residency or a project, you will have control and oversight from kickoff to closeout, determining scope details and monitoring the project's progress to ensure that it conforms to customer expectations and contractual agreements.
