At Bidcom, a leading company in e-commerce and technology, we are growing and looking for a Tech Support Analyst to support our internal teams and continue driving innovation from within. What will be your mission? Provide assistance to users across the organization, resolving technical incidents and ensuring the operational continuity of our systems and tools. Main Responsibilities Attend to and resolve user requests in person, by phone, or via email. Manage users in Active Directory and Google Workspace. Install software and configure VPNs, printers, and structured cabling. Document processes and best practices. Collaborate with the Technology Department on continuous improvement of internal services. What are we looking for in you? Technical knowledge in IT support. Analytical ability and good judgment to solve problems efficiently. Proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and willingness to learn. Strong organizational, communication, and empathy skills to work well in a team. Commitment, integrity, and motivation to drive results. Technical Requirements & Valued Skills Languages: Basic English. Computer tools: Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs). Experience with ticketing systems: Jira, InvGate, or others. Additional knowledge: Using business management software. Working with databases (MySQL). Experience with dashboards and reports (Looker, Power BI, Google Sheets).
