🎯 What will your mission be?
You will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of Bidcom’s digital products, aligning business vision with user experience and the technical capabilities of the team.
🛠️ What will you do on a daily basis?
Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing according to business value.
Gather requirements with areas such as marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support.
Translate needs into clear and actionable user stories.
Closely collaborate with development and design to ensure quality deliveries.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies: plannings, dailys, retrospectives.
Measure key product KPIs and propose improvements.
Coordinate validations, functional testing, and launches.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
✅ Mandatory requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles in digital environments
Hands-on knowledge of Scrum and functional documentation
Experience in eCommerce: checkout, catalog, payment methods, promotions, etc
Ability to translate business needs into product solutions
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
➕ Nice to have:
Experience in technology or eCommerce companies
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, Notion
Knowledge in metrics analysis (GA, Looker, Data Studio, etc.)
Education in Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
