An IT Analyst plays a key role in connecting business needs with technology solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Gather, evaluate, and document business/functional requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement solutions.
- Analyze data, processes, and events to identify improvements.
- Create wireframes, use cases, and functional architecture documents.
- Lead/support testing, training, and rollouts of IT solutions.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Advise on technology applications and integration across units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business management, or related experience.
- Business analysis experience, ideally in enterprise IT projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for global audiences.
- Experience in planning, integration, and applying multiple technologies.
- Leadership skills: mentoring, initiative, and change management.
