About the position
We’re looking for a passionate Scrum Master who be responsible for the framework implementation and the best utilization considering the time frames, and process.
The goal is to have a team with the best resource optimization in an agile environment.
Experience:
+3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
Knowledge of different Agile methodologies, especially Kanban
Advance/Bilingual English level
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Nice to have
Experience with Bank/Fintech Industry
Kanban certifications such as: Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) Certification or KMP I/KMP II
