Network Support Analyst – NOC

The Network Support Analyst – NOC will work with our network team to monitor and support our customers and address their needs. The perfect candidate for this role is a good communicator who understands the customer journey, can communicate well in both English and Spanish, and has experience with service provider networks or of experience with business networks. Knowledge of monitoring systems like Zabbix, LibreNMS, Grafana is also very appreciated.
