Strategic Planning for Readers Advisory

Connecting readers with our collections remains a fundamental part of library services — but too often, this work is done with little or no organizational support or funding. In an interactive session, Stephanie and Kaite will walk attendees through a process focused on connecting your readers' advisory work with strategic goals, applying the principles of strategic planning to advocate for this essential service, leaving attendees with a greater understanding of preparing for and the elements of strategic planning and how to tie organizational strategies, goals and/or outcomes to readers' advisory service.
