Breaking Up is Hard to Do

Change can be difficult for staff and patrons. This presentation will offer methods and reasons for ending long-running programs and ways to remove processes or artifacts that are no longer relevant to your library. Participants will have the opportunity to work on a plan to “sunset” something at their own library.
