URI's ALA-Accredited Graduate School of Library and Information Studies offers the fully online accelerated MLIS degree. All Students receive in-state tuition from anywhere in the world (estimated at $803/credit in Fall, 2021, for the 36 credit degree.) Attend part-time or full-time. Choose from four optional tracks: Libraries, Leadership, and Transforming Communities; School Library Media; Digital Media; and Information Equity, Diverse Communities, and Critical Librarianship. With a flexible and tailored program including internships, you can complete your Masters in as little as one year.
