Global Village Foods was founded by Damaris Hall, an allergy mom and trained chef. She grew up on her family's farm in Kenya enjoying traditional foods with fresh ingredients. Years later, she and her husband Mel started an African restaurant in Vermont. Global Village Foods was born, and we joined a movement of people who love global flavor and local community as much as we do.
