Spotlight: Civil-law associations (GbR), entrepreneurial companies (UG) and consolidated companies (Partnergesellschaften)
Information
How do I set up a consolidated company (Partnergesellschaft)? What is an entrepreneurial company (Unternehmergesellschaft/UG)? And how many people can I establish a civil-law association with (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts/GbR)? The question of the appropriate legal form is a recurring question, especially when it comes to the formation and forms of economic cooperation. In this seminar, attorney Johann D. Riemenschneider provides an overview of the three most common legal forms for cultural and creative professionals: civil-law associations (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts/GbR), entrepreneurial companies (Unternehmergesellschaft/UG) and consolidated companies (Partnergesellschaft).
He discusses their advantages and disadvantages and answers the following questions, among others:
Which legal form suits my project? What criteria play a role in the selection? Do I have to register the chosen legal form and if so, where?
The event will be held in German and online. There will be a translation into English. During the seminar you will also have the opportunity to discuss your questions with our speaker.
