How do I set up a consolidated company (Partnergesellschaft)? What is an entrepreneurial company (Unternehmergesellschaft/UG)? The question of the appropriate legal form is a recurring question, especially when it comes to the formation and forms of economic cooperation. In this seminar, attorney Johann D.
