FAQs

Q: What are the hours of the conference   

A: April 13-15, 2021 8:00am-1:00pm PST

Q: Will the sessions be recorded and available to watch later? 

A: Yes. Session recordings will be available after 6pm PST each day and can be viewed on the Agenda tab. 

Q: Are the session slides available for download?  

A: Yes, if the speaker has granted permission to share. Go to the Agenda tab and click on the session of your choice and you will find the Speaker slides posted there.  Speaker Slides are available through May 15, 2021.

Q: Can I still get access to the conference once it ends? 

A: Yes,  MSTC 2021 will be available until May 15, 2021. 

Q: How do I start a video or audio call?   

A:  In order to have a call with an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor you must have an approved connection.  Just send a note in connection to establish. Once your connection is approved, you will see the video icon on their profile to start a call., or you can go to the message page and click on the video icon there.

Q: How will I be notified when I get a connection request, message, or meeting request? 

A: The message icon on the top right will highlight red and include the number of new messages you have. For new connection requests and meeting requests, the bell icon on the top right will highlight red and include the number of new notifications. You will also receive a notification in the “My Event” tab under "My meetings". If a notification has not been seen in 24 hours, you will receive an email notifying you to log into the platform to see your new notifications. Make sure this setting is turned on, you can toggle this on and off on the settings page. 

Q: What can I do to better view the sessions when they are lagging, and I can’t view?  

A: We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox as an internet browser for a better user experience. Please also check your internet connection, to ensure a strong enough connection to stream the sessions. We also have a mobile app, sessions are viewable there as well.  Finally, we recommend that you refresh your screen periodically to receive newly posted updates to our messages and agenda.

Q: I can’t find my profile in the Attendee List? 

A: Please ensure that your profile is visible. You can toggle this on and off on the Attendee Page on the left-hand panel. 

Q: Does the show have a mobile app? 

A: Download SEMI Americas app for your smart device through the Apple Store or Google Play Store

Q: Can I export an attendee list? 

A: No. An exported attendee list is not available for the public. Please go to the Attendee tab to review a full list of attendees.
