Information

CNC 5-axis bridge shaping machine. The Litox blends the ease of use of a traditional manual machine, with the high output operator free sawing cycles. Simple and intuitive programming enables owners and operators to get the most from the machine - featuring parametric drawings, Cuts From CAD, Contouring, Curb programming, Profiling and Shaping, Drilling and lettering, and spiral work pieces, the machine can also be equipped (upon request) with a digital camera to provide a jpeg of the slab on screen, automatic movement/unloading of sawn pieces saving time, man power, and raw material by using integrated Vacuum head, auto tool changing with either ISO40 or simple magnetic connection, overlapping automatic table changing, a rodding device to create grooves in the underside of pieces, and even a lathe (hydraulic driven or CNC). Features: - Fully interpolated 6 axis movement with rotating head with 370° range, inclination from 0°-90°. - Hot dipped galvanized non rotating table with variable height saw surface high density plastic or rubber matting (optional) with max blade size of 1100 mm (43.3 in) with inverter drive. Z axis (rise and fall movement) - 1000 mm (39.4 in). - The principle sections of the machine are made from solid cast iron with ausillary parts made up of hot dipped galvanized steel structures - supplied with folding door solid panel safety barriers. - Fast and precise movements due to brushless motors with absolute encoders, recirculating ball bearing movement, precision gearboxes and interpolated axis from the CNC. - Electro spindle running up to 6000 rpm with centre waterfeed and a 36x2 or ½ gas fitting. Or (on request) ISO40/iso50 cone fitting running at upto 8000 rpm for automatic tool change. - Suspended pendant with 15” TFT color touchscreen. Machine is equipped with USB/Ethernet port for easy loading of programs. Stainless steel electrical panel. - Software which controls 6 axis (X-Y-Z-W-R-lathe) and TOOL POINT control.

GMM S.P.A.GMM - Short history of great success GMM Spa  was established in 1993 in Gravellona Toce - Italy. The company designs, manufactures and distributes machines for cutting, working marbles, granites and travertine. Its expansion on foreign markets started in 1997, from Europe, spreading worldwide in the following years. GMM International was incorporated in the same year in Hong Kong. After a strong growth experienced in the period 1997-2004, in 2001 Mectoce Srl was established, a company dedicated to manufacturing and pre-assembly activities on behalf of GMM SpA. GMM USA Inc., Charlotte NC, was established in 2004 to better follow market and after sales on North America area. GMM Holding on 2013 extended its product range from cutting to polishing, by acquiring the company CEMAR, a highly experienced manufacturer of calibrating and polishing machines for slabs and tiles, of polishing edges machines and automatic lines for processing slabs and strips. On 2018 GMM Group acquired TECHNI WATERJET, one of the most leading producers of high pressure water jet in the world, on specific specialized in the fields of stone, glass, steel and others. GMM GROUP currently designs and manufactures A WIDE AND COMPLETE RANGE OF MACHINERY FOR PROCESSING MARBLE, GRANITE, AGGLOMERATE, PORCELAIN CERAMIC, CONCRETE to manufacture tiles, kitchen tops, vanity tops, architectural components, furnishing and monuments. The GMM PHILOSOPHY  of construction is based on the use of strong structures even in cast iron, on the use of high quality components, under the constant and  careful control of each production processes. Extremely important and winning was the choice to DEVELOP A CNC SOFTWARE INTERNALLY, studied for the specific stone working needs. The result are Machines long lasting, precise and use friendly. Over the years, the high quality level of its products and its first class maintenance services have allowed the Group to reach the number of 9000 cutting and polishing machines installed worldwide, making GMM the world leader in its segment.
