Integrated system of epoxy and polyester resin coating with double grinding and polishing module made with interconnection between production, management and fully automatic material handling parameters according to the rules of the National Industry 4.0 plan In detail, the system consists of two separate lines whose interconnection is guaranteed in a completely automatic way by AGV type trolleys. Line for Epoxy Resin Loading and unloading made with Match-type Robot suitable for book matching process, drying oven with cyclic technology and a capacity of 60 slabs, net application station made without the use of a contact roller with the slab, resin spilling i a dedicated station in order to increase the productivity of the line, distribution with Galileo Anthropomorphic Robot and catalysis oven with cyclic technology and a capacity of 120 slabs. An automatic removal system for excess resin drops completes the line. Line for Grinding - Polyester Resin - Polishing Composed of two separate Grinding and Polishing machines for a total of 28 heads (10 + 18) joined by a resin line consisting of a drying oven, two-heads automatic machine for stucco spilling and distribution, station for manual application of UV product, first pregel UV oven , second manual retouching station, final UV catalysis oven, intermediate storage warehouse for complete catalysis of the stucco. After polishing a scanner, a barcode printer and a protective polyethylene sheet applicator complete the line. Loading and unloading are carried out with ICARUS-type aerial robots and an ICARUS-type aerial system always allows unloading after granding without passing on to subsequent processing.
