Sales Support Engineer

What is the job content? Our customers and suppliers are sacred to us. Being able to respond quickly and specifically to our customers’ and suppliers’ inquiries makes us unique in the world of IT distribution. Hence, we are looking for the Sales Support employee that lurks in you. What is your job as Sales Support Assistant? - You make basic sales offers and enter them into the ERP system. - You are the contact person for obtaining supplier quotations and deal registrations. - You prepare quotations based on the supplier quotation and/or the input of your colleagues. - You answer the incoming phones - You facilitate the administrative work of your sales colleagues (site surveys/service requests/complete missing data/…). - In short, a very varied job with daily contact with suppliers, customers and colleagues. What profile are we looking for? - Education: you have a secondary school diploma. - Preferably you have at least a first work experience, but are you a motivated school leaver? Then you certainly qualify. - You have a good knowledge of Excel. - You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English. - You are confident and open communication is very important to you. - You are eager to join a top team.
