During the COVID-19 crisis, cost optimisation and supplier risk management are on top of the management agenda. In this workshop, Yoliana Bayona (PwC Director – Digital Procurement) will provide insights about how e-procurement can help to manage more effectively the increasing risks, while providing levers for cost optimisation.

In the second part of the workshop, Paul Menut (PwC Manager - SSM Strategic Supply Chain Management) will present a use case of Suppliers 360° risk and performance assessment.
