The session will discuss the latest state of play on the Good Governance project depending on where we are with it.
We will also consider:
- What consultants and independent advisers could/should bring to the party
- Workforce issues – what will be the impact of separating out the pension fund team from the council

- What the governance issues are around fund mergers
