Adrian will explain how investing in UK affordable housing can offer investors tangible social impact in addition to appropriate financial returns. With an acute affordable housing shortage, and durable demographically-driven demand, there is an increasing acceptance that private capital is needed to contribute to a solution. An impact-led approach, developing sustainable homes, helps maximise societal benefit for residents and communities whilst also supporting durable long-term investment performance.
