In this session, we’ll look at how to access funding and financing, communicating the vision necessary to get projects off the ground, and the skills and collaboration required. We’ll examine the availability of ESG funds, equity funding, and bank capital.

Environment BankEnvironment Bank is fully funding nature restoration through Habitat Bank creation projects across private and publicly owned land, including farms, parks and open spaces. A risk-free, income-generating solution to meet the surge in demand for local biodiversity net gain (BNG) units that unlocks planning, delivers on wider placemaking obligations and creates large-scale habitats sited at the best places for nature. We have numerous live Habitat Banks across the country with a substantial number coming online throughout 2022. We are looking to work with local planning authorities to establish further habitat creation projects, fast-track BNG, and unlock sustainable development at pace.
