Scientist Method Development Chromatography

Function ◾ As an analytical scientist, you are involved in the (bio)-pharmaceutical drug development process of our clients. ◾ You are responsible for the development of complex chromatographic methods for small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides and proteins. ◾ You make sure that your tests are correctly documented and where appropriate reported according to GMP standards. ◾ You deliver data and reports according to high scientific and quality standards. ◾ You interact with our clients to discuss scientific aspects. Profile ◾ PhD (or equivalent by experience) in scientific field with a background in chromatography and mass spectrometry. Preferably with experience with peptides, oligonucleotides and/or proteins. ◾ Proven track record in developing and validating chromatographic methods. LC, GC and CE. ◾ Knowledge in DOE and statistics. ◾ Capable of working too the highest quality standards required to support development, qualification and validation of chromatographic methods. ◾ Demonstrated ability of leadership and strategic thinking. ◾ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic laboratory environment to project timelines. ◾ Knowledge of the latest regulatory standards and industry best practices. ◾ You speak and write English fluently. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
