Project Manager

Function ◾ You have an active role in advising the customer. You make realistic step-by-step plans and you provide the right people and the appropriate resources for every assignment. You translate the needs of the customer to actionable items in the lab. ◾ Based on the predefined quality standards, you closely follow working methods and procedures and you are able to proactively detect deviations and propose structured follow-up actions. ◾ You take care of the interpretation of the results and you prepare interim evaluations and reports. ◾ You will also be responsible for some of our improvement projects that enable us to work on continuous improvement in science, quality and efficiency. Profile ◾ You have a scientific education (e.g. bio-engineer, analytical chemist) or equivalent by experience. Practical lab experience in an analytical environment is a must. ◾ You have at least 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment within the pharmaceutical industry and you have thorough knowledge of the analytical needs in the different phases of drug development ◾ Experience in a GMP environment is a plus. ◾ You always work accurately, flexible and you are highly motivated to work in an environment with a lot of variety and learning opportunities. ◾ Your colleagues know you as a good communicator, someone who works well with internal employees, external authorities and clients.
