The talented and multidisciplinary team of SVR-ARCHITECTS designs for national and international clients. We do this with innovative and sustainable concepts, developed by a driven team of 31 employees from our site in Antwerp.
To support the successful growth of our agency, we urgently look forward to a creative, ambitious experienced BIM Modeller (eng) with a sense of initiative, for full-time cooperation.
Your duties
You are responsible for supporting and developing architectural projects in 3D
You develop designs and sketches into tender drawings that are ready for tender, under the leadership of the project manager and in collaboration with the project team.
You keep abreast of evolutions in your field and you provide input to the team about this.
You are passionate about working in 3D and about working out architectural details and plans for a BIM model.
Your profile
You are a bachelor in a structural direction (Applied Architecture, Architecture Engineer …).
You “play” with Revit, which has no secrets for you.
You are flexible and resistant to stress.
You work in a planned and structured way, with a sharp focus on detail too.
You speak Dutch and English fluently and have notions of French.
You are driven and want to get stuck in a growing organization so that you can fully develop yourself.
You easily establish contacts with your colleagues and you quickly integrate into your new team.
