https://ric-biologics.com/join-us/ Responsibilities Organizing highly complex and scientifically challenging projects Coach for the sub-team members and aiding in strategic set-up of experimental work Problem solving during experimental work Complex data processing and reporting Coach team members in correct and accurate reporting (lab note books and reports) Drafting more complex, high level reports Handle multiple and complex studies Interact with other Project Managers on planning and execution Interact with scientific management on strategic choices to develop and pursue Interact with clients Reports to Team Leader Biologics Your profile Demonstrated understanding of business, technical, scientific and regulatory processes required for biopharmaceuticals Deep scientific understanding of analytical testing biopharmaceuticals In depth knowledge of protein analytical methods and characterisation Good understanding of the analytical requirements during Pharmaceutical Development both from a technical and quality/regulatory point of view Capable of creative and complex data interpretation (chromatography and mass spectrometry) Demonstrated drive for tech improvement Excellent communication skills Excellent writing/reporting skills Can deal with significant responsibilities in solving complex scientific problems Demonstrated stress-resistance Shows negotiation, problem solving skills Proven track record in leading and coaching PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent +10 years expertise in the field Our offer We offer you a challenging job in a fascinating, dynamic and international environment.
