Tools and Methods to Enhance Tumor Cell Killing by CAR-T cells

Our technology enhances CAR-T efficacy by boosting their production of type I interferon (IFN-I). Institut Curie researchers discovered that NF-kB, controlled by the RELA protein, regulates IFN-I expression in T-cells. By introducing the RELA K5R mutant into CAR-T cells, we significantly increase IFN-I levels, improving CAR-T cell effectiveness for all patients. This breakthrough offers a powerful and reliable solution for more effective CAR-T therapies.
