Role Overview: As a Business Developer at EAR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence across Europe and beyond. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and promoting our energy optimization solutions to data center operators, HPC, AI, and enterprise data center. Key Responsibilities: -Identify and engage potential clients in the prospect segments. -Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth. -Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. -Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. -Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. -Represent EAR at industry events, conferences, and trade shows... -Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Qualifications: -Proven experience in business development or sales within revelant industries like IT, data centers, HPC, AI... -Understanding of data center challenges. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. -Total fluency in English. Spanish, French or other languages is a plus.
