With the growing demand for more computing power and the ability to run more intensive workloads, massive computing systems have been built globally on a large scale. While these enormous systems have enabled greater capabilities, they have also led to significantly higher power consumption, which has consistently posed challenges. Implementing a more intelligent approach to managing computing workloads in order for achieving an optimal balance between performance and energy efficiency has become essential.
