BIM6D is a digitization company located in Barcelona. Our business model is based on 3 business models that impact each other: digitization services based on BIM, GIS, LIDAR and others, MEP services related to Smart Building (value engineering, sustainability, energy efficiency of projects), and software development in the cloud and data science oriented to digital twins, where we use disruptive 4.0 technologies such as virtual or augmented reality, business intelligence, IOT, BIGDATA, MACHINE LEARNING and ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. We are specialists in CLOUD COMPUTING and as a result we have created POWERBIM DigitalTwin Platform
POWERBIM is a DIGITAL TWIN Platform that links digital models of buildings and infrastructures with static and dynamic databases to manage the life cycle of the assets, from the design and construction phase to the use and operations phase, avoiding the loss of information throughout the process, monitoring, simulating results and improving the behavior of the assets in as many aspects as the asset or infrastructure has data. We have created POWERBIM to monitor energy, sustainability, construction and Facility management indicators to be improved, in order to obtain Smart buildings integrated to Smart Cities, more efficient and more sustainable.
