Binding Solutions is a fast-growing technology company that has developed a patented and proprietary process for significantly reducing carbon emissions in iron making, enabling green steel production at scale.
Our cold agglomeration technology reduces process complexity, lowers capital requirements and significantly cuts emissions of CO2, NOx and SOx by replacing traditional technologies (induration and sintering) in iron and steel making.
Our technology can also monetise waste fine materials from metals production by converting them into cold agglomerated pellets that can be added back to the furnace.
Binding Solutions’ technology is suitable for Blast Furnace and Direct Reduction applications, and we remain focused on providing a modular, low capital intensity means to provide the market with iron ore pellets with significant reduction in emissions
