TheWMarketplace is a small team of women, committed to creating a community that supports other women.

In the summer of 2020, seeing the disproportionate effect that the pandemic was having on women, we knew we had to do something. We wanted to create a platform where women could launch or grow a business, find resources to help them succeed and meet other women entrepreneurs and business owners. A little less than three months later, on September 29th, TheWMarketplace was born.

Although small in size, our team is rich in professional experience and a deep commitment to gender equity. Each of us bring our passion for equality to this business every day, and we are excited to share that passion with every business who sells or promotes their products and services on this platform. We could not be more proud of what we have accomplished in an astonishingly short time, and for what the future will bring to us and to the amazing businesses we get to work with every day. We show up every day excited to do this work.
