Founded in 2012 in Saint-Étienne (FR), BOA Concept, listed on the Euronext Growth market of the Paris Stock Exchange, is an innovative company specialising in intralogistics. BOA Concept's solutions work on the principle of intelligent connected objects (IoT) thanks to on-board intelligence, and have won over major names in logistics and industry around the world. Thanks to the ease with which its solutions can be re-used, the company is fully committed to an ambitious CSR policy. By focusing on modularity, BOA Concept facilitates access to automation and robotisation by offering systems that are easy to implement and upgrade. After acquiring RobOptic, an engineering company specialising in robotics, vision and AI, in 2022, BOA Concept is continuing its development by setting up in Belgium in 2024 with the acquisition of a majority stake in the Belgian company Easy-Systems. Today, the BOA Concept Group employs 140 people in France and Belgium.
