Track D2 Leaders Programme: A leadership and strategical view on the future of compliance

Chatham House Rules, C-Level executives, invitation only
A 1.5hrs invite-only session for C-level representatives. Under Chatham House Rules, the leaders will gather for a panel discussion and an intimate discussion in roundtables to exchange strategic views and tackle high level challenges.
Panel discussion (45min):
- What does it mean to be a compliance leader?
- How can we make a difference across the profession and support innovation and people?
- Driving change, setting up a strategy and implementing programmes for an all-round compliant organisation.
Interactive peer-to-peer discussions (45min):
In groups of 5-10, peers will exchange insights, ideas and best practice for 30min. All tables will feedback about their main take-aways at the end of the sessions to share conclusions.
