The Family Resilience Assessment Instrument and Tool has been created for health visitors to use in daily practice. We are showcasing eFRAIT and FRAIT self-assessment.
eFRAIT is a digital product designed to streamline how health visitors assess and support family resilience.
FRAIT self-assessment is used by families to identify their level of resilience in partnership with other health or social care staff.

FRAIT data helps HVs manage their caseloads, managers manage their resources and policy/planners manage service provision.
