CHP exists to provide high quality health and social care facilities which meet local needs.  We are investment specialists, developments experts, property and asset managers, and estate planners.  We are part of the NHS family.  Our people understand primary and community infrastructure and work tirelessly to support the NHS integrate services and deliver excellent patient care.  Our properties house GP services, community nursing, rehabilitation services, outpatients, diagnostic services,  pharmacies, dental services and other community services.

We were originally incorporated in 2001 to develop and deliver investment in the primary and community care estate via the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) initiative.  In 2013 we took on the role of Head Tenant building the capability needed to manage this unique portfolio of over 300 properties from scratch.  Since then, CHP has grown and diversified.  As Head Tenant we manage over 300 properties in England – comprising 5% of the NHS  estate, we drive the use and value from these assets for the benefit of local patients and communities.  As the NHS transforms, we are focussed on how our buildings responds to meet these future needs; from the digitialisation of care delivery, data driven decision making to meeting environmental sustainability goals.
