How can system collaboration improve referrals, capacity and outcomes for patients with breast cancer? Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance will demonstrate how their model of care supports clinically led, innovative programmes to transform services and ensure service sustainability. The model of care includes ETIP (Endocrine Therapy Improvement Programme), an evaluation of GPs with an extended role in breast cancer services, and collaboration with industry to support SACT delivery.
