Wolf Kupatt, CEO, Amedes   Recently Amedes has developed a battery of B2C tests around areas such as the gut biome and is conducting genetic tests for consumers in Africa and Asia. What has been the feedback and what is the potential?  

Kristian Koch, Strategy and New Business Director, Diagnostics, Medicover Kristian has been exploring consumer demand for tests in Europe. After success in Ukraine, a bash-based market, Medicover is moving West and offering consumer tests online in 5 markets. So is it working?

Hans Hoppe, Chief Science Officer, dasLab; Hans is a co-founder of dasLab, a new app aimed at the consumer who wants to purchase tests directly. dasLab already offers Covid tests in several countries and plans to act as an aggregator for a wide range of tests internationally.  In the past 15 years, he has run his own bioinformatics start-up, co-led a molecular oncology research group of 16 members at Oxford University and founded and led a molecular engineering section at one of Europe’s leading engineering consultancy firms. His specialisations include molecular assays for point-of-care and high-throughput diagnostic use.
