Thank you for attending the Association for Wholesaling Diversity's 6th National Assembly, Conference & Career Fair being held this year at the Westin National Harbor Hotel in National Harbor, Maryland, just south of Washington, D.C. This year's event runs from Thursday evening, June 16th through Saturday evening June 18th. Final check out is Sunday morning, June 19th, 2022.About AWD – The Association for Wholesaling DiversityAWD is a 501(c)(3) non profit staffed by black financial services wholesaler volunteers. Founded in 2016, AWD continuously executes on four primary initiatives: 1) strengthen and grow the community of black wholesalers we have built, 2) aid in the ongoing professional development of black wholesalers, 3) continue leveraging and scaling up our combined networks to facilitate career advancement for black wholesalers, and 4) recruit, train, and welcome black students and career changers into our thriving black wholesaler community.We have been helping employers in the wholesaling space build and strengthen diverse wholesaler workforces since 2016. AWD recruits, trains, mentors, and advocates for black wholesalers in every firm, product, channel, and region of North America. Through partnerships with corporate sponsors and select recruiting firms, AWD provides an array of resources and directly facilitates recruiting of diverse candidates at all levels of distribution. AWD actively partners with financial services firms who recognize the need to improve diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within their organizations.About the 6th National Assembly2022's Assembly theme, “Growth and Gratitude,” promotes the active role all AWD members play in continued education, advocacy, and commitment to improve outcomes for black financial services wholesalers. 2022's Conference theme, "Stronger Together," speaks to our 1st year welcoming corporate partners to our annual gathering.  Come for fellowship, wholesaling best practices, and mentorship.Thursday June 16th 2022This year's event will kick off with a reception at The Westin Washington National Harbor on Thursday evening followed by a visit to our 43 Person Private Suite at the Washington Nationals baseball game.Friday June 17th 2022On Friday evening we will enjoy an exclusive experience at Union Station DC that includes dinner and our 2022 Awards Ceremony.Saturday June 18th 2022Our final outing on Saturday evening sees us on a Riverboat Cruise, sailing along the Potomac River.Register today to participate in this uplifting and engaging event!
