After more than 25 years of struggling with resumes to hire +2000 people, Philippe decided to find a more effective way. Candidates struggle to make a resume and recruiters waste a lot of time reading them. He started Jobfirst to make it easier for non-qualified workers to find jobs and for companies to hire the right candidate, faster and easier, through data matching.

Jobfirst offers a new candidate experience to create a professional profile by answering questions regarding their hard and soft skills, introduce themselves with a oneminute video, on mobile, for free. Users can then receive job offers based on their skills and apply with one click.They are also able to use an auto-generated resume, as they want.

Companies can create job ads in 3 minutes, based on their needs (skills, working hours…), starting from 25€ per ad. The job ad is then sent automatically to more than 35 job boards (Indeed, Monster…) and our users, allowing recruiters to source candidates easily. Recruiter can see the best candidates, in one place, in seconds, thanks to our matching algorithm. Jobfirst allows candidates and recruiters to discuss via our integrated chat and video calls.Our solution also helps schools to connect students with recruiters via a dedicated product.

Jobfirst helped Amazon to recruit +22 000 people with our solution and 35% of them wouldn’t have been recruited based on a resume.
