Creating an environment for talent development

About Diana Artiom's project:

Micro Lab Engineering Club aims at developing the engineering community and creating opportunities for young people who want to pursue a career in engineering, focusing on Embedded, IoT, Software & Hardware Engineering. Our events involve complementary education activities, such as Engineering Talks, Hackathons, Bootcamps, and Workshops.

The reason Diana Artiom is passionate about her project:

I'm passionate about this project because it aligns to the Sustainable Development Goals: building an engineering ecosystem by providing quality non-formal education (SGD 4); improving the Moldovan industry, innovation, and infrastructure (SGD 9); strengthening professional skills, by offering career orientation support and engineering employment opportunities (SGD 8); and encouraging females in STEM to achieve gender balance (SGD 5).

Diana Artiom's mentor: MBANGE NJI Edmond from Cameroon
