Responsibilities
Team and Process Building: - Establish and lead a high-performing marketing team, recruiting top talent to support our strategic objectives. - Develop and implement streamlined marketing processes from the ground up to ensure efficiency and scalability. Demand Generation: - Devise and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and lead generation efforts. Digital Marketing: - Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. - Leverage digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, user acquisition, and customer retention. Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans Budget Management: - Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve set KPIs. - Provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing performance. Market Research: - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably within the technology or software development sector. - Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance marketing teams. - Strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign optimization. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. - Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. - Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
