Currently, the clean label trend is growing due to health-conscious consumers are much more interested in information about food products that they consume and prefer healthier food products with organic, natural, and no artificial/chemical additives etc.
The clean labelling has been challenging to food manufacturers for using natural or clean label ingredients in food products without compromising product quality and appearance.
1.BPure T75-a specially developed clean label starch with function that can replace STPP in chicken marinade. The particularly small rice starch granules disperse well in brine and do not sediment during tumbling, which resulted in smooth and juicy texture. With high whiteness, it enhances the white color of the chicken meat, increasing the appeal of the cooked product. BPure T75 also increases the yield of the chicken after marinated similar to STPP.
2. BPure G50-a specially developed clean label starch for thickening soup, sauce, and gravy. The particularly small rice starch granules disperse well in water and do not coagulate during heating. It also gives a smooth and well-blended texture with no off-taste or aroma. BPure G50 offers good viscosity stability of the finished product in low pH food.
