Information

The FT-NIR spectrometer MPA II is designed to meet the demands of today’s and tomorrow’s quality control. It combines outstanding flexibility and high performance with an easy-to-operate interface. The MPA II offers everything you need for the analysis of liquids, semi-solids, solids, powders and tablets: - Sample compartment with heating system for liquid samples such as edible oils, milk - Integrating sphere for solid and semi-solid samples such as powder ingredients, instant noodles, ketchup, milk powder - Fiber optic probes for reaction monitoring such as fermentation reactor and also raw material checking - External Transmission unit for single kernels and supplement tablets With powerful accessories like the automated 30-position sample wheel for vials and tablets, the sample rotator for the integrating sphere and many different fiber probes, you will achieve high sample throughput with excellent precision. The MPAII-D is equipped with Liquid Sampling Module (LSM) allows measurement of raw milk, skim milk, cream, flavour milk, Calcium-added milk, yoghurt, cheese, milk powder, whey powder, whey protein concentrate by a single machine. The LSM has 2 versions: one with a homogenizer for raw milk and another one with just a peristaltic pump. Changing of MPA modules (sample compartment, integrating sphere, probe, etc) can be done through software without any hardware modification required by end-users. Bruker MPAII is equipped with an easy to use Graphic User Interface (GUI) with easy connection to LIMS. Trust your results with Bruker Optics’ OPUS/VALIDATION package and the OPUS spectroscopy software: - Full 21 CFR Part 11 compliance - Full GMP compliance - IQ/OQ/PQ support
Bruker Bruker Optics, part of the Bruker Corporation is one of the world’s leading manufacturer and worldwide supplier of Fourier Transform Infrared, Near Infrared and Raman spectrometers.  Bruker entered the field of FTIR spectroscopy in 1974. The early instruments set new standards in research FTIR with evacuable optics, high resolution and automatic range change. Since then, the product line has been continuously expanding with instruments suitable for both analytical and research applications with exceptional performance characteristics.  The first dedicated FT-NIR spectrometer in 1992 laid the foundation for an ongoing success story. Bruker’s FT-NIR analyzer portfolio covers today a wide range of spectrometers, from the TANGO, a small, touch screen accessible, analyzer to the multi-channel analyzer MPA II for the full range of liquid, solid and semi-solid samples up to fully automated in-process system MATRIX-F for closed loop control.  Bruker Optics offers complete technical solutions for various markets which cover a broad range of applications in all fields of research and development as well as industrial production processes for the purpose of ensuring highest quality and process reliability. Food and Agriculture have been one of our primary target markets. Bruker Optics’ R&D and manufacturing center is located in Ettlingen, Germany, technical support centers and sales offices are located throughout Europe, North and South America, Asia, India, Middle East, Africa and Oceania.
