1.Snack : This is suitable for snack products as a direct and indirect expanded snacks. It provides faster gelatinization and enhances clarity together with smooth appearance.
2.Confectionery products: For this applications; the starch will have low viscosity and consequently allow rapid efficient cooking of starch solution in the presence of concentrated sugar for products such as Candy,Toffees, Jellies & Gums.
3.Dairy products: SWI starch for Dairy products such as milk, yogurt or drinking yogurt will elevate creaminess in the dairy products to enhance the flavor and texture sensations of your products.
4.Bakery products: Our modified starch products can be used as texturizing ingredients. This product can be used in bakery fillings like; chocolate fillings, cream fillings, and fruit-based fillings.
